It seems that either Jahan or the Acolyte may have sent some ripples through the Portal Network as they continue their research into the so-called 'Obsidian Shield' technology. These ripples seem to have had an impact on Ultra Strike XMPs, which are now showing ‘heightened attack capabilities.’
