I still have, in my possession the envelope that Susanna’s father, Nigel Moyer, handed me (https://goo.gl/4lZ9MZ) shortly before drifting off. As promised, I have not opened it. My plan was to give it to Susanna Moyer in Washington D.C., but I think that would be unnecessarily risky. My plan now is to place it in the trusted hands of friends of mine at DARPA to pass off to her. More on that below.
The question is: Should I? Nigel Moyer is a mysterious character. I have no idea what side he is on and what role he played or did not play in the chain of events that has led us to the N’zeer. I don't know what I might be facilitating by passing this information forward.
As I said in my last post, I fear that I might be written into their plans in ways that are not yet clear even to me.
I turn to the members of Operation Essex and others to advise me. Do I give the envelope to Susanna or not?
If we decide to deliver the package, I need an Agent in Washington DC to help get it from my contact at DARPA to Susanna.
This Agent would need to act in utmost secrecy and with utmost trust. They would need to receive the envelope on Friday, protect it while it's in their possession and then deliver it to Susanna at the Anomaly on Saturday.
