Agent Intel: The #LightmanShards contain the pattern of Niantic Project researcher Stein Lightman, widely known for his extensive research on Shaper Glyphs. Agents around the world are working to move the #LightmanShards to Target Portals to influence Lightman’s future and the #Persepolis Anomaly Series. It is expected that control of the 41 #LightmanShards will carry significant value to the Factions during #Persepolis.
The Resistance Target Portal is currently located in Santa Monica, CA, US; the Enlightened Target Portal in Keelung City, Taiwan. The Target Portals will reverse their Faction alignment on Sun, May 31 00:10 UTC (after the #PersepolisDC Anomaly has ended). Any captured Shards will remain locked within their respective Faction’s Targets at this time. Uncaptured Shards will remain at their current Portals, and the #LightmanShards will continue to traverse the Portal Network until approximately the end of the #Persepolis Anomaly series.
Agents can move the #LightmanShards across Links connected to Portals Level 7 or higher at 12-hour intervals, at or around 00:00 and 12:00 UTC. Note that Jump Times may experience some variability, for example 00:00:13 or 12:02:42. The Jump Time intervals will likely increase in frequency as we approach the final #Persepolis Anomalies.
With each hour the #LightmanShards remain in place, there is an increasing probability they will destabilize and teleport to any nearby Portal. As time nears 48 hours, this probability may approach 100%. Additionally, once a Lightman Shard has departed a Portal, it may not return to that Portal until more than 24 hours (or more than two Jump Times at the current frequency) have passed.
