Tip of the Week - Photo submissions

Ever come across a portal that looks more amazing in real life than on the Intel map? Or feel the portal has more than one good side? Here’s a quick tutorial on how you can jazz up your favorite portals in a few steps:

1. Touch the photo on the Portal Details screen
2. Touch the camera icon and then the "New Photo" button
3. Take the photo and touch the ✓ icon once you are done. If you want to retake the photo, touch the camera icon instead. 
4. Touch the "Send" button in the next screen, and touch "OK” to dismiss the confirmation message. You should see an email confirmation of your photo submission in your inbox. 

Once your photo is accepted, you’ll receive an email with the subject "Ingress Portal Photo Accepted," and you’ll receive 500 AP for sharing your photo. Touch the Thumbs Up icon to vote on your favorite photo. Photos with the highest votes will get upgraded as the main Portal photo!
