Multiple Agents have now confirmed the appearance of #Ingress Scanner v1.32.1. This version should be released to Agents via Google Play over the next few days, and includes the following updates:
- Resonator, XMP, and Portal Mod overlays
- Remote recharge individual Resonators
- Larger scrollbar to browse inventory
If you are not currently seeing v1.32.1, stay tuned. It will be available shortly.

I hope they changed it so that last resort/mod stays in upgrade tab
