Here's a quick and easy tutorial on uploading HTML files to your Google Drive.

1) Create a Public folder
2) Upload your HTML files (and associated images, css files etc) to it (Conversion OFF mode)
3) Open the HTML file and click on Preview 
4) Copy the link and share it

  2. Is this rolling out slowly?  My HTML files are getting opened as docs instead of HTML files.  My JS and CSS files open in a code viewer, but not the html.

  3. Never mind, I had my settings so that it automatically converted to Docs format.  Looks like it will only pull in locally saved files, so no external references to jQuery.
