Schedule a Google+ Hangout meeting in Google Calendar

Friends and family distributed across the globe? Have a business meeting with multiple parties? Just as you would schedule a strategy meeting or make plans to see a friend, it’s also easy to convert a Google Calendar event to a hangout.
Just make sure to select the “Google+ Hangout” option when creating your Calendar event. Then, when the time comes, everyone invited can click the link to join your hangout.
