He is currently working for the foremost thought leaders in the Sourcing world for Randstad Sourceright, which requires him to utilize his business and research background to discover talent hidden amongst the deep pools of human capital data by implementing tools and techniques that allow him to leverage technology and social media to quickly identify candidates with the skill set and appropriate experience that fulfills the needs of the client.
