We've gotten great feedback about the fact that our Custom URL's not only work off the plus.google.com domain, but also off of google.com itself!  So for instance,

      http://plus.google.com/+VicGundotra works, but
      http://google.com/+VicGundotra works too!

Now here's where it gets fun...  Ford can tell its customers to "Google Us!"

      http://google.us/+Ford

Lianne can tell her fans "Google Me!"

     http://google.me/+Lianne

BMW can tell their fans to "Google It!"

     http://google.it/+BMW

Flush with Olympic pride, Cadbury UK can promote the fact that they're UK based in the URL itself:

     http://google.co.uk/+CadburyUK

In fact, you can probably spot the trend here...  These Custom URL's should work off of any Google top-level domain.
