If your business or organisation has a Google+ Page, make sure that it's verified and connected to your website! (and if you don't have a Google+ Page yet, maybe it's time to take that jump :-))

Verification doesn't take much:
* link to your website from your Google+ Page, 
* confirm the link by adding a badge or a rel=publisher link on your website ( http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=1708844 ), 
* submit the form at http://support.google.com/plus/bin/request.py?hl=en&contact_type=page_verification&rd=1
