As a result of the Unique Hack Challenge, the Resistance POCs have decided to invoke Loyalty–opposite faction portal hack output decreased by 50%, same faction portal hack output increased by 20%. Loyalty will impact both factions, so an Enlightened agent hacking an Enlightened portal will have the same expected result as a Resistance agent hacking a Resistance portal.

This change will run from Feb 19 18:00 UTC to March 25 18:00 UTC.
