Now, a new phase is about to begin.

Effective immediately, OPR will now support new Portal Submissions via the Ingress Scanner for Agents L11 and higher.

In recognition of vital past contributions, all accepted Portal Submissions made during the Phase 1 expansion (until 9/2/2015) will be honored towards the Seer medal retroactively in the coming months.

Portal Submissions in the current and future expansion phases will not count towards the Seer medal.
