Want to organize a First Saturday for 02-MAY? Register your event today: http://goo.gl/pEI76Z. Andre P. Teixeira, a local #IngressFS organizer from Fortaleza, Brazil explains how he overcame two major challenges in his city.

“The first major challenge was publicity, as Agents in the area were still unfamiliar with the event. To solve the problem our groups began to publicize in chat, post the link in G+ and  tag former attendees while answering questions about First Saturday.
The other major challenge that we resolved quickly was due to the change of venue for the event caused by the former location being closed on account of the extended holiday in Brazil. So, we carried out a quick survey of the participants and collectively chose the location.
Even with all the setbacks the integration between the organizers of both factions was inspiring and everyone was satisfied with the IngressFS.”
