A number of important things to look into while I'm still in Germany. Oliver, first and foremost. I'm hoping I can find something in Wünsdorf that might explain what happened. If not, he may have learned something about the N'zeer that may be valuable. To be honest, I don't really know what I'm looking for, but I'll know when I find it.

Met a contact just as I was leaving Hanover. Wanted to talk to someone about Planck, and she's one of the best resources I know when it comes to that world. There was a nexus around him. Was it a Magnus? I don’t know. He was a brilliant mind and helped start us on a scientific journey that ultimately led to the modern rediscovery of XM. There are some issues involving Die Glocke and Nigel Moyer’s post-war work that have left me wondering. Was Planck aware of any of that work in its early phases? Were ideas stolen from him? Surely, if I've had these thoughts, Stein Lightman, Martin Schubert and Yuri Alaric Nagassa must be miles ahead of me. Did they ever write about them?  What's happened to their papers and files?

I've got some things to attend to before journeying to Persepolis. For now, I have time to  spare. It's not like I have the element of surprise on my side. I suspect Jahan knows what I'm doing and what I'm going to do. She shadowed me most of the time I was studying the ancient documents and unraveling this mystery at her father's ancient palace. She knows what lies ahead for both of us.
