Beginner's Guide to the World of Watercolor
Found this fantastic guide for basic watercolors. You might want to skip over the first few pages if you already know how to pick the right paper or have a favorite watercolor paper that you use. But do check out the value, temperature, and intensity sections. I discovered some really interesting tones while working on the exercises.
