Assisted by the massive increase in XM activity this week, and the scale of the #Darsana Anomalies taking place in less than 48 hours, Dr. Oliver Lynton-Wolfe has been able to enact changes to the Portal Network that will reduce Portal Cooldown to 120 seconds. This modification within the Portal Network should last approximately 1 week.
