The story of the current holder of OLDEST Level 16 Title. It's mine until another Level 16 admits to being older than 73. 

Mother's Day 2013 in Seattle, Washington:
I was recovering from a hip replacement and a star L1 fracture; could walk 2 blocks with walker/cane; taking pain killers.
Children (KernelTruth/ScruffyNrdHrdr/nofluffybunny) gifted me with an android tablet; an invitation to play a game called Ingress; and said they would play with me. All I had to do was keep the 5 portals in my village "blue".

Several weeks later, Ding L5; walking 3-4 blocks each day.

Fast forward to present: 
Recently walked 3+ miles around Roosevelt Island in DC.

December 14, 2014: Ding Level 16

Have used multiple forms of transportation:
Airplane, subway, city bus, private tour bus, taxi cab, chauffeured car, personal auto, hay ride, pedicab, electric cart, powered/manual wheelchairs, walker, and on foot.

Especially proud of the platinum Trekker and platinum Explorer badges.

Best parts of the Adventure: being included in the various Seattle factions; farming/destroying with a team; helping new Agents learn to play and grow; enjoying my worthy opponents; being " Nana" to both sides. Thank you all.
