The 3 XM Vaults in Austin, TX are passcode-protected and can only be unlocked using a unique PIN. PINs will be communicated after each Measurement Time to Resistance Agent Chris Wilkinson or Enlightened Agent Jon Harmon via secured Google+ post during the #Recursion 04 Anomaly.
XM Vaults are located inside Clusters 1-3:
C1 - MugShots (407 E 7th)
C2 - Empire Control Room (606 E 7th)
C3 - Cheer Up Charlies (900 Red River)
