Level up to Access Level 5 by DEC 14 2013 to earn the Founders Medal. If you have already achieved L5, you can assist new recruits in your local cell by helping them to establish Links and Fields. With a little legwork, it may be more efficient for new Agents to work on capturing Mind Units than neutralizing enemy Portals. It's time to move.
