Project Loon has now been introduced. The latest cool challenge from Google X that's set up to change the world -- this time by bringing Internet to the places that don't have it yet, in a unique and practically out of this world way. I saw Sergey Brin and Astro Teller at lunch today, and thought we might be on the verge of something exciting -- as it always does when those two get together.
