I'm hearing rumors from agent intercepts that ADA has stepped in and has recompiled the Scanner technology to be more XM efficient. The result is that it will cost much less XM to deploy Resonators than it did earlier today.

New XM Deployment cost per Resonator Level:
L1: 50 XM
L2: 100
L3: 150
L4: 200
L5: 250
L6: 300
L7: 350
L8: 400
